OIC Small Groups meet throughout the week, in various locations around the Osaka area, and vary in content and language to meet the needs of those who come. Find a group that sounds good to you, and jump in!
Nara Small Group English Bible Study in James
2nd & 4th Saturday, 7:00 p.m.: (English) Read the Book of James and discuss it.

Japanese Study in Hebrews
Thursday, 7:30 p.m.: Come and learn with us! We will study Hebrews, and through Hebrews, we will look at the Old Testament also and learn how God has worked through all of history to bring us into a wonderful relationship with Him through Jesus Christ.

Biblical Perspectives on "The Shack"
3rd Saturday, 5:00 p.m.: (English) We discuss the book "The Shack" from the perspective of the Bible, pray for each other's needs, and eat a potluck dinner together.

Filipino & Friends Bible Study
1st & 3rd Sundays, 1:00-3:00 p.m.: (English) If you are a Filipino, a friend of a Filipino, or want to become the friend of a Filipino, this is the place to be!

Women's Home Sharon-kai
1st Sunday, 1:00-3:00 p.m.: (Bilingual) We eat obento lunches together (you can buy one at Family Mart across the street), sing praise songs, discuss a topic led by a different lady each month, and pray for each other.

Reading & Discussing Paul's Letters
Every Thursday, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: (Bilingual) Each week we listen to an English tape of one chapter from Paul's letters, read the scripture in both English and Japanese, and then discuss it.

Study in Acts w/Video
Every Wednesday, 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: (Video in English, discussion bilingual) We watch a video of the Book of Acts, discuss it, and learn how to apply it to our daily lives.

Japanese Study in Matthew w/Video
1st & 3rd Saturdays, 2:00-4:00 p.m.: (Japanese) While watching a video of the Gospel of Matthew, we have fun studying the Bible at Chiwa's house. You can freely discuss and ask questions.

Japanese Study in John
2nd & 4th Sundays, 12:00-1:00 p.m.: 7/12 off (Japanese) Through the Gospel of John, we learn about ever-present questions like, "What sort of existence is God?" "What is our purpose in living?"
