Key verse Genesis 3:15
Key verse Hebrews 7:1
Key verse Genesis 21:14. Isaac is a foreshadowing of Christ in many amazing ways.
“Salvation from sin is found only through faith in Jesus Christ, His death on the cross, and His resurrection.”
Jesus, the Son of God and God the Son came and lived among us, fully experiencing the human condition. He ultimately gave the greatest demonstration of love in the history of the world, death on the cross for our sakes. He is truly the Savior of the whole world.
Jesus is Good News. And Christmas is the celebration of the Good News of His coming. Like the shepherds, let’s go and tell others the Good News.
While we are thankful for the birth of Jesus 2,000 years ago in Bethlehem, the full joy of Christmas is Jesus here with us now. Jesus is Lord and God; He is Immanuel, God with us.
There is a great deal of testimony and evidence concerning Jesus. We look closely at the testimony of Simeon and Anna in this message.
Jesus lived in submission to his parents, yet fulfilled the His mission as the Lamb of God in the fullness of time.
Jesus did not come to make us more comfortable; He came to give us the gift of forgiveness of sins and eternal life. We need to know the Scriptures so that we can understand the purposes of God and so that we can resist the devil’s temptations. God will not abandon us in our time of testing, but He will be there with us, watching over us and at the right time He will provide comfort and help.
Jesus would not be the Messiah of just the Jews; He would be the Messiah of all people, just as God had already shown in the Old Testament by blessing foreigners with miracles and grace through the prophet Elijah and Elisha. We all need restoration, healing, and new life. Jesus offers all of these things freely to those who repent of their sins and call on His name.
When people meet Jesus, their lives change. Jesus alone is a worthy center for our lives. Whatever your need, Jesus is ready and willing to help.
Friends bring friends to Jesus, just as the paralyzed man’s friends brought him. Jesus did a great miracle when He healed the paralyzed man, but the even greater miracle was that He forgave the man of his sins. The healing gave him life for a few years, the forgiving gave him live forever.
An inspirational look at the passion of Jesus Christ.
Jesus rose from the dead with a body fit for eternal life. He has promised us a resurrection body and eternal life.
Jesus is the one and only Messiah. He came once as a suffering Messiah and will come again triumphant. Let us accept Jesus. He will meet us wherever we are, in joy or sorrow.
Jesus traveled for a whole day just for one man. He loves the whole world, but He also loves each one of us. You are important to him.
Turn to Jesus, and He will hear the cry of your heart and provide the very best answer. God keeps His own schedule, and so the answer may not always come as quickly as you would like. But when you seek Jesus and pray in His Name, the loving answer of God is certain.
Who is Jesus? He is Savior, Lord, Lamb of God, King of kings, Creator God, the Alpha and Omega, Judge of all the earth, and so much more. How will we respond to Jesus?
